PURCHASING ASSISTANT

 

Requirements:

 

We are looking for a passionate individual who are willing to be assigned in Antipolo. 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Knows how to order supplies and equipment based on our company’s needs.

Knowledgeable in researching new vendors, tracking deliveries, and updating order records (e.g. dates, invoices, and discounts). 

 

Can comprehend how to make cost-effective purchases and ensure we maintain a fully stocked inventory.

 

Qualifications: 

 

*College graduate with good communication skills.

*Highly computer literate.

*With work experience in purchasing.

*Willing to learn and work under pressure.

*Willingness to work additional hours as needed.

*Newly graduate are also welcome!
